Snowflake Quilt Pattern

The Snowflake Quilt Pattern is now available at Sewfinity!
Why We Like It
Designed by Nicole of Modern Handcraft, the Snowflake Quilt is minimal and wintry. It's a modern design, with an offset large-scale snowflake. It's perfect for those wanting a non-traditional quilt to throw on the couch for some wintertime cuddling.
The variations in background design give you lots of customization options. Make the background one single color, four colors in horizontal stripes, scrappy, or make your own background design with the aid of the coloring page.
It comes together quickly: simple shapes and 2-at-a-time half-square triangle piecing make it pretty simple.
Tips + Tutorials

I am so sorry I missed the last quilt along. Thank you so much for these color options. This will make planing for my next snowflake quilt easy as I already see a couple of versions I want to try.
So much wonderful eye candy? How do you pick just one?!
Hi Gudrun, and thanks! I recommend Kona White, which is a bright white that’s displayed in all the mockups in this post. Kona Snow is another good option if you want a creamier white.
Linda, you are welcome! I always love it when the guys get involved in quilting :-)
Great inspiration, thank you! Which Kona white do you recommend? Love the tetrad options, reminds me of my color class in school 😀
