Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to your use of Sewfinity's website located at www.sewfinity.com on all platforms (the “Website”).

Unused, unopened items in their original condition and original packaging purchased at the Sewfinity Website may be returned within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase. Return items may not be washed or altered in any way. Items that are sold as a bundle or kit must be returned along with all (unused, unopened) items in their original packaging. Books, patterns, or sale items may not be returned for any reason.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of a full-priced item, please email your order number to hello@sewfinity.com and we will send you a return form and instructions. You are responsible for the return shipping charges to Sewfinity.

Sewfinity does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our facility. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, Sewfinity does not take title to the refunded item.

You will be credited the amount you paid for the returned items (including taxes), applied to the credit card used to make the purchase. You will not be refunded the original shipping charge.
