Fold Over Elastic - 20mm - Lipstick

This 2-yard length of fold over elastic is great for making all kinds of accessories. It's made of nylon, is 20mm (0.625 in) wide, and has a center groove that makes it easily folded in half lengthwise to bind raw edges of fabric or mesh. Use either the shiny or the matte side - your preference!
