Gradient Grid Quilt: MBC
Share
Here's the Gradient Grid quilt I made for myself. It's the MBC color way (magenta-blue-cyan), which is my favorite. I just love the color gradients in this palette.
It starts with our Gradient MBC 36-fat quarter bundle of Kona Cotton.
I followed our Gradient Grid Quilt pattern to make the large throw size quilt. The quilting is by Jess of Threaded Quilting Studio. She used a pantograph called Floral 2, and I really like how it gives it a pretty feel on a modern design.
Here's the full view. I used Kona Cotton - Charcoal for the binding.
For the back, I pieced together a floral with a 2.5-inch strip of light grey. The print is an oldie by Amy Butler, in her Belle collection, that I've had in my stash forever!
