The I Heart You Quilt Pattern is now available at Sewfinity!

Why We Like It

The I Heart You Quilt design is just so dang cute. Coming to you from Meghan of Then Came June and Lindsey of Pen + Paper Patterns, their simple graphic design of a heart bubble is such a fresh take on a classic heart quilt.

What better way to say "I Love You" than with this quilt in their favorite color? Or in a rainbow of colors?! It also makes a great awareness quilt (see the blue and yellow example below, representing Down syndrome awareness).

This is a really fun pattern that turns out so cute! Simple shapes and stitch-and-flip piecing make it beginner-friendly. We love that it has uncomplicated fabric requirements, and our solid fat quarter bundles and yardage work perfectly.

It's a single size pattern (55" x 61"), but you could easily add rows and columns to customize the size to your liking.

Mockups

Rainbow

Our rainbow bundles are an absolute perfect match to this pattern. You know that you want to make one of these!

 

2 FQ + Red Scrap

Make all the heart sections with 2 fat quarters and your favorite scrap of red. Add some white + background fabric, and you're all set. Makes a great Cause Awareness quilt!

Monochrome

Our monochrome bundles make a pretty single-color quilt with lots of value contrast that really makes the design pop. Grab one of our 5FQ bundles, Kona Cotton White + background yardage, and you're good-to-go.
